Under close supervision, students will begin to treat patients. Students will learn to perform a wide variety of dental procedures applying theory to practice. Students will also learn how to apply preventive measures and motivate patients to maintain a high standard of oral health. During this year students will also take courses in human disease and oral pathology & microbiology.
