The Student Affairs Registry (SAR) deals with various aspects of the organisation of the BDS programme including enrolment, posting teaching schedules and examinations. The Student Affairs Registry (SAR) will be the first place for you to go for general help and information. There is a notice board containing relevant information and it is the responsibility of each student to make sure that he or she is aware of any information and changes posted on the notice board. You may also be sent e-mails and the website will be updated on a regular basis so checking this should become a habit. It is your responsibility to ensure your personal details, including a current GSM number, are updated on your record at the Student Affairs Registry (SAR) as the College may need to contact you in case of an emergency.

Student Affairs Registry (SAR) Location & Opening Hours:
The Student Affairs Registry (SAR) is located on the 3rd floor of Oman Dental College. The Registry hours are Saturday to Tuesday 8.30am-4.30pm and Wednesday 8.30am-3.30pm.

Student Affairs Registry (SAR) Staff:
The Student Affairs Registry (SAR) is staffed by personnel who are trained to handle issues relating to enrolment, student code and conduct, assessments, examinations and others such as transport and accommodation.
